                             Our Last Post of Semester!

Today I was thinking of the first day I walked into class, I was more lost then Adam in Mother’s Day. I understood what was spoken but applying it in real life was not easy.  It felt like I understood the languages yet didn’t understand why the words had a certain order to be academically correct. For those of us whom English is a second or third language, it will be understood that English so a more difficult language to understand grammatically than other languages. I am grateful to my professor as she is the best in this universe and has demonstrated patience and a great attitude and good sense of humor. As a student, it’s a good feeling so as not to feel alone. As I think of all o have learned I am left speechless. First, I discovered discipline to keep moving forward. I learned I have to read a lot in English to comprehend and how to be a good in critiquing a writer. To know they took and to distinguish the tone the writer is trying to set. In many cases we learn English by reading daily and more so when we apply the appropriate techniques to improve our new language. I enjoyed the group projects a lot as there are different cultures to work with and they are each individually different. There were a lot of great topics including cause and effect paragraphs. I also found interesting the class in which we were able to ask questions using the proper punctuation. Also appreciates how I received great information about FANBOYS and how I was able to schematically organize my ideas to be able to write better. I can truly say it was a great pleasure to be in this class with the classmates o had and we had the best professor in Hawaii.
